Management Liability Broker - Job#3971
New York Brokerage Client seeks a Management Liability candidate to act as the key Company resource for this class of business, cross sell and work with Account Executives and clients in connection with the placement of management liability insurance including: D & O, EPL, fiduciary, E & O, crime, K & R, and cyber liability.

Responsibilities include:
" Meeting with clients to explain the product, quotes, coverage, claims and possible claim scenarios, etc.
" Marketing renewals/new business and assist account executives with presenting quotes to the client.
" Assist Senior Management in managing relationships with direct markets and wholesale brokers.
" Seek out new business through networking, asking for referrals, cross selling and account rounding.
" Identifying potential problems in the upcoming renewals.
" Analyze policy wordings in relation to client's risk and work with underwriters to obtain the most advantageous policy wordings to suit the client's needs.
" Check policies against binder/specifications before they are sent to the client to ensure all terms and conditions are as agreed.
" Working with the claims department to advise of potential claims issues and managing current claims issues.
" Keeping up to date with the management liability insurance market.
