Commercial Insurance Account Executive - Job#3689
North New Jersey Retail Insurance Broker seeks an Account Executive to service a book of middle market commercial property and casualty accounts. Responsibilities will be to service and visit clients, prepare specifications for renewal and be active in the marketing. Product Liability experience or program business a plus. Excellent benefits. Responsible for the largest accounts in unit, which consists of a middle market book of business generating approximately $500,000 net income. Some travel required.
Essential Functions:

1. Handling the day to day client servicing including processing endorsements and audits, managing loss control, reviewing policies and assist with claims processing
2. Managing the renewal process including marketing of account, price and coverage review, preparing renewal presentation and work with insured/broker to resolve any issues including re-negotiating items with underwriters
3. Account rounding and cross selling to other divisions
4. Working with the Accounting Department to handle collections, produce invoices
5. Meeting with clients, brokers, consultants and underwriters as required
6. Training and supervising junior staff members
7. Assisting manager with special projects

Account Executive-Construction Accounts - Job#3659
Chicago, Ill Insurance Retail Broker seeks a Wrap up Account Executive responsible for client-focused duties in connection with the administration of wrap up insurance programs, including interaction with project Sponsors, contractors and insurers, and overall direction of staff engaged in Program Management and Safety Management activities for assigned, specific wrap up projects.

Specific Duties:
1.Participates in or conducts presentations to project Sponsors for new wrap up business, working in concert with the Regional Program Director and other appropriate personnel.

2.Participates in sales and marketing activities for new and existing wrap up accounts.

3.Oversees the initiation of wrap up administration processes and procedures for new programs, assuring that project Sponsor and insurer interests are addressed and that servicing staff are involved in the project are adequately prepared to undertake the program.

4.Oversees and is responsible for the financial performance of assigned wrap ups projects.

5.Acts as the point of contact for multi location CCIP's whose administration is performed on site by multiple Program Administrators.

6.Arranges for the execution of Service Agreements for wrap up projects.

7.Conducts meetings with Sponsors and insurer representatives on a periodic basis or as required to discuss project status and resolve problem issues, and resolves major contractor issues.

8.Oversees project Implementation Plans.

9.Participates in or conducts periodic stewardship meetings with project Sponsors to evaluate program progress and issues.

10.Recommends staff salary adjustments and bonuses to the Regional Program Director, and schedules career development training for staff working on assigned projects.

11.Reviews periodic project claims reports and arranges for and participates in periodic claims review meetings with Sponsors and insurer representatives.

SPECIAL SKILLS:
oEffective organization and time management skills.
oAbility to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
oEffective presentation skills.
oExtensive knowledge of construction practices, construction project administration and construction insurance.
oAbility to effectively supervise subordinate staff.
oAbility to handle multiple, non congruent tasks simultaneously.
oProficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, or similar scheduling programs.
oTraining in Project Management is highly desirable.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
oPossession of an insurance broker, agent or producer license in the project's state of operation.
oA minimum of 5 years, with 7 years preferable, of progressively more responsible experience in the insurance field, preferably with experience in the area of construction insurance.
